Collaborative Research in Biomedical Engineering: Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Computation Algorithms in Dentistry
(2022年12月) 近日兩位資訊科學系教職員(副教授熊體超博士、系主任及理工學院副院長盧葦麟教授)被香港大學牙醫學院委任為榮譽副教授及榮譽教授。 熊體超博士香港大學牙醫學院(口腔頜面外科)榮譽副教授 盧葦麟教授香港大學牙醫學院(修復齒科)榮譽教授 熊博士是資科系資深研究員，近年熊博士主力與香港大學牙醫學院合作，以首席研究員/共同研究員身份參與四項由研究資助局撥款研究項目。研究範圍包括醫學數據與影像處理、三維影像掃描及處理、模擬神經網路及機器學習等等。而盧教授亦是資系資深研究員，近年以首席研究員/共同研究員/項目主管身份參與十五項由研究資助局或教育局質素提升支援計劃撥款的研究項目。研究範圍包括人工智能應用、模擬神經網路、計算機視覺、虛擬實景應用等等。 近年熊體超博士、盧葦麟教授與香港大學牙醫學院臨床助理教授林宇恆牙科醫生組成研究團隊，未來三年將會有合作研究項目”基於深度神經網絡的多層次牙齦疾病自動檢測：算法和系統”(研究資助局撥款研究項目)。對於這次香港大學牙醫學院的委任，熊博士與盧教授表示十分榮幸和感謝。並期望未來三年，珠海/港大合作研究團隊能夠在醫學工程算法、人工智能、機器學習應用方面作出貢獻。...
