(2022年12月) 近日两位资讯科学系教职员(副教授熊体超博士、系主任及理工学院副院长卢苇麟教授)被香港大学牙医学院委任为荣誉副教授及荣誉教授。 熊体超博士香港大学牙医学院(口腔颌面外科)荣誉副教授 卢苇麟教授香港大学牙医学院(修复齿科)荣誉教授 熊博士是资科系资深研究员，近年熊博士主力与香港大学牙医学院合作，以首席研究员/共同研究员身份参与四项由研究资助局拨款研究项目。研究范围包括医学数据与影像处理、三维影像扫描及处理、模拟神经网路及机器学习等等。而卢教授亦是资系资深研究员，近年以首席研究员/共同研究员/项目主管身份参与十五项由研究资助局或教育局质素提升支援计划拨款的研究项目。研究范围包括人工智能应用、模拟神经网路、计算机视觉、虚拟实景应用等等。 近年熊体超博士、卢苇麟教授与香港大学牙医学院临床助理教授林宇恒牙科医生组成研究团队，未来三年将会有合作研究项目”基于深度神经网络的多层次牙龈疾病自动检测：算法和系统”(研究资助局拨款研究项目)。对于这次香港大学牙医学院的委任，熊博士与卢教授表示十分荣幸和感谢。并期望未来三年，珠海/港大合作研究团队能够在医学工程算法、人工智能、机器学习应用方面作出贡献。...
