One notable event was the 360 Online Recruitment Promotion, which aimed to promote HKCHC and its programmes to high school students in Mainland China. This online platform provided an opportunity for students to learn about studying and living in Hong Kong, as well as engage with our College representative through presentations and Q&A sessions.
Our department actively participated in the 360 Online Recruitment Promotion, leveraging digital platforms to reach out to Mainland China high school students. Through online presentations, the department introduced the college, highlighted facilities like the VR Lab, provided insights into the curriculum, and discussed internship opportunities.
Mr. Ken Kay, the Programme Director of BS(Hons) Computer Science and a senior lecturer, represented the department as the speaker. He effectively showcased the strengths and unique aspects of the programmes, capturing the attention of approximately 41,000 participants consisting of high school students and parents.
The online promotion proved highly successful, demonstrating the growing interest in HKCHC and its computer science programmes both locally and internationally. The advanced VR Lab, comprehensive curriculum, and valuable internship experiences were key highlights that resonated with the audience.
The 360 Online Recruitment Promotion not only served as a platform for promoting the college but also facilitated interaction with prospective students. By addressing their questions and concerns, the College aimed to provide a clear understanding of the opportunities and benefits of studying at HKCHC.
The college remains committed to providing an exceptional educational experience and looks forward to welcoming talented students to its programmes in the future.
