On 14 July 2026, representatives of the Lions Youth Innovation and Technology Foundation visited Hong Kong Chu Hai College. The Department of Computer Science was pleased to join colleagues from across the College in welcoming our guests for an afternoon of exchange on innovation, technology, and campus learning facilities.
The guests met with HKCHC Senior Management at the 1F Willie Tang Meeting Room. Representing the Lions Youth Innovation and Technology Foundation were Mr. Henry Shin (Chairman), Mr. Bill Yim, Mr. Johnny Ho, Mr. Edmund Yeung, and Ms. Kelly Chan. Hong Kong Chu Hai College was represented by Prof. Robert Li, Associate Vice President (Academic and Research); Prof. Hon Chan, Vice President (Academic and Research); Dr. Tracy Lee, Associate Registrar and Head of the Department of Journalism and Communications; and Prof. Wai Lun Lo, Director of Quality Assurance and Head of the Department of Computer Science.
The group continued with a campus tour. Guests visited Kong Mou Sum Library, the Civil Lab, the Arch Lab, the JCM Studio, JCM Lab (W404), the History Gallery, and other teaching and research spaces, gaining a closer look at how technology supports teaching, media practice, design, and student learning at Hong Kong Chu Hai College.
Hong Kong Chu Hai College looks forward to further exchange and collaboration with the Lions Youth Innovation and Technology Foundation in supporting youth innovation and technology development.
