Our Head of department Prof. Lo Wai Lun served as the keynote speaker at the Seminar on Preparation of Annual Report at Department and Faculty Levels, organized by the Quality Office. The seminar was held in Room W612.
The seminar focused on the significance of the Annual Report as a critical tool for departments and faculties to communicate their achievements and findings for quality enhancement to the College Senior Management. Prof. Lo shared his expertise on how to align the preparation of Annual Reports with the newly revised QA procedures titled “Annual Academic Monitoring at Department and Faculty Levels.”
Prof. Lo emphasized the importance of the Annual Report in reflecting program effectiveness and facilitating continuous improvement. He elaborated on the objectives, QA procedures, and specific requirements for preparing Annual Reports that meet the strategic goals of the College. The seminar also highlighted the systematic process of preparing, reviewing, and improving these reports to ensure they are evidence-based and incorporate feedback for the continuous enhancement of academic quality.
