Abstract
In this seminar series, the HKCHC academic staff will collaborate with the academic staff in Saint Francis University and University of Hong Kong to offer a seminar series which cover both AI applications in Dental Science and Health Science. The HKCHC and HKU team members will invite experts in the area of Dental Science to sharing their current research outcomes in the seminar. The academic staff of SFU and HKCHC will invite experts in the area of Health science to share their research outcomes in applications of AI in health science. The Student workshop will be organized by HKCHC which aims at introducing the basis AI concepts and AI software development to the UG and TPG students.
The objectives include:
- Academic Exchange: Bring together leading scientists, researchers, and scholars to share expertise and research results on AI and ANN applications in health and dental sciences.
- Interdisciplinary Forum: Provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss recent innovations, trends, challenges, and practical solutions.
- Student Engagement: Organize a one-day workshop for undergraduate students to introduce state-of-the-art research concepts in AI and ANN.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Inspire local educators in computer science to enrich curricula with advanced topics, preparing graduates for research and professional career development.
